Sec. 8-1-80.   Violation; penalty.
   The following penalties, herewith set forth in full, shall apply to this Article:
   (a)   It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions adopted in this Article.
   (b)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provision adopted in this Article shall be punished by a fine set at the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
