Sec. 2-5-100.   Private police; shield.
   All special or reserve police officers shall wear a shield having inscribed thereon "Special police officer" while on duty. It shall be unlawful for any special police officer to wear his or her badge or shield when he or she is not performing the duties for which he or she was employed.
