Sec. 2-4-60.   Qualifications of Municipal Judge.
   The Board of Trustees may, by ordinance or resolution, establish from time to time such qualifications for the office of Municipal Judge as it may deem fit, proper and consistent with the procurement of persons of judicial temperament and ability.
