Sec. 2-3-40. Salaries and compensation of officers.

The Board of Trustees shall fix the compensation of all officers of the City. The Mayor shall execute contracts with each officer which enumerates said compensation and may detail duties of the appointed position as determined by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees.
