Sec. 2-3-10. Appointed officers.

(a) The following officers of the City shall be appointed by a majority vote of all members of the Board of Trustees:

(1) City Manager;

(2) City Attorney;

(3) City Clerk/Treasurer;

(4) Municipal Judge; and

(5) City Engineer.

(b) Vacancies shall be filled by appointment of the Board of Trustees.
