Sec. 2-2-160.   Boards and commissions.
   The Board of Trustees shall create and appoint members to such boards and commissions as may now or hereafter exist, including but not limited to the following:
      (1)   Board of Adjustments; and
      (2)   Planning and Zoning Commission.
