Sec. 2-2-120.   Adoption of ordinances.
   An ordinance shall be introduced and read in full at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees and may be passed and adopted at such meeting. Such ordinance shall be duly adopted if it receives the required votes at its first reading.
