Sec. 2-2-40.   Mayor Pro Tem.
   At its first meeting following each biennial election, the Board of Trustees shall choose one (1) of the Trustees as Mayor Pro Tem. In the absence of the Mayor from any meeting of the Board of Trustees, during the absence of the Mayor from the City or during the inability of the Mayor to act, the Mayor Pro Tem shall perform the duties of the Mayor.
