Sec. 1-4-40.   Altering or tampering with Code; penalty.
   Any person who shall alter, change or amend this Code, except in the manner prescribed in this Chapter, or who shall alter or tamper with this Code in any manner so as to cause the ordinances of the City to be misrepresented thereby, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided by Section 1-4-20 hereof.
