Sec. 1-3-110.   Copy of Code on file.
   At least one (1) up-to-date copy of this Code shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk at all times, and such Code may be available for public use in the office of the City Clerk for inspection by any interested person at any time during regular office hours. In addition, the City Clerk shall keep a master copy, which shall be the Official Code of the City of Creede. Such Code may not be removed from the City Clerk's office except upon proper order of a court of law.
