The Mayor, Mayor Pro tem or appointed Trustee and City Clerk shall carefully examine at least one (1) copy of the Code adopted by this ordinance to see that it is a true and correct copy of this Code. Similarly, after each supplement has been prepared, printed and inserted in this Code, the Mayor, Mayor Pro tem or appointed Trustee and City Clerk shall carefully examine at least one (1) copy of this Code as supplemented. The copy of this Code as originally adopted or amended shall constitute the permanent and general ordinances of the City and shall be so accepted by the courts of law, administrative tribunals and all others concerned.
