Sec. 1-2-20. Computation of time.

Except as provided by applicable state law, the time within which an act is to be done shall be computed by excluding the first and including the last day; however, if the time for an act to be done shall fall on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the act shall be done upon the next regular business day following such Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
