Sec.19-1-110.   Violations.
   Any person who operates a sidewalk cafe or outdoor seating on public sidewalks or public property, without a permit, or who shall violate any of the provisions of this Article shall be subject to penalties as provided in the City of Creede Municipal Code. (Ord. 419 § 1, 2020)
