Sec. 9-1-50.   Computation of time.
   This Section shall apply to the requirements and procedures of this Chapter. The time within which an act is required to be done shall be computed by excluding the first day and including the last day. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, an official holiday recognized by the State of Colorado, or any official holiday recognized by the City of Creede, the last day shall be deemed to be the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or official holiday. The failure of the City to perform any act within the time frame required for the City shall not be deemed to be an automatic approval by the City or a waiver of the City's ability to review an application for development for compliance with the applicable standards and regulations. The following time-related words shall have the following meaning:
   (a)   "Day" means a calendar day unless working day is specified;
   (b)   "Week" means seven (7) calendar days;
   (c)   "Month" means a calendar month; and
   (d)   "Year" means a calendar year, unless a fiscal year is indicated.
