For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MASSAGE. A method of treating the body for remedial or hygienic purposes, including, but not limited to, rubbing, stroking, kneading or tapping with the hand or an instrument or both, separately or in conjunction with any other therapeutic procedure including, but not limited to, acupressure.
