The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or the Federal Insurance Administration in a scientific and engineering report entitled "Flood Insurance Study for City of Corona,” dated November 1977, and all subsequent revisions, with an accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Map, are incorporated by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. A true and correct copy of the study is on file at the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, 815 West Sixth Street, Corona, California. This Flood Insurance Study delineates the minimum area of applicability of this title and may be supplemented by studies for other areas which allow implementation of this title and which are recommended to the City Council by the Floodplain Administrator.
