§ 32.30 CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO ENTERING UPON DUTIES.
   No person shall enter upon his or her duties as a member of the Collierville Police Reserve until he or she shall:
   (A)   Have been certified by a Tennessee Licensed Health Care Provider qualified in the psychiatric or psychological fields as being free from any impairment—as set forth in the edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) of the American Psychiatric Association current at the time of examination—that would, in the professional judgment of the examiner, affect the person’s ability to perform an essential function of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation;
   (B)   Meet all Tennessee Police Officer Standards and Training (POST) requirements for reserve officers.
   (C)   Only equipment issued by the Collierville Police Department or approved by the Chief of Police will be used when a reserve officer is on duty for the Town of Collierville.
