§ 32.40 IMPERSONATION OF RESERVE OFFICER; VIOLATION OF ORDINANCE.

It shall be a violation of this ordinance for any person to hold himself or herself out as a member of the Collierville Police Reserve, to display an identification card indicating such or to wear a uniform indicating such membership, unless he or she is in fact a member in good standing of the Collierville Police Reserve.
