No person shall be eligible for membership in the Collierville Police Reserve unless he or she is the age of 21 years or older, physically fit, psychologically fit, a U.S. citizen, a resident of the State of Tennessee and the County of Shelby or Fayette, never has been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, possesses a high school diploma or equivalent and of excellent character and reputation, as determined by the Chief of Police.
