§ 183.022 Gifts of Real Property

To enhance the effectiveness of the Land Reutilization Program, the Directors of Community Development and Economic Development are authorized to accept, as gifts, real property which shall be held, administered and disposed of in the same manner as are lands acquired under RC Chapter 5722.
