§ 127.35 Division of Risk Management

There is established in the Department of Finance a Division of Risk Management to be administered and controlled by a Commissioner of Risk Management, subject to the provisions of the Charter and the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, and to the supervision of the Director of Finance.
