The costs imposed by this chapter may be enforced and collected by means of a civil action or any other means provided for in these Codified Ordinances or the Ohio Revised Code. The costs imposed under this chapter may be recovered as provided in RC 715.261, including certifying the costs and expense to the County Auditor, to be placed on the property as a lien to be collected as other taxes and returned to the City.
