§ 171.17 Bond of the Bailiff of Municipal Court

Before entering upon his or her duties as the Bailiff of Municipal Court, the Bailiff shall give bond of not less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duties.
