§ 171.13 Purchase of Insurance

The Director of Finance with the approval of the Board of Control shall purchase the bonds or policies required, after advertising as required for City contracts, from the lowest and best bidder for a term not exceeding five (5) years and upon the basis of all or any combination of such requirements as the Board shall determine.
