All work shall be performed in accordance with this Building Code, the Ohio Basic Building Code, all other applicable ordinances of the City, and state and federal laws.
The Director of Building and Housing may revoke an excavation and fill permit if the holder of the permit has failed to comply with the approved construction plans and documents, any provisions of this chapter, or if the Director determines that the construction has become offensive or objectionable due to erosion, siltation or dust.
