§ 348.02 Frontage Features
   One of the following features shall be required on principal street frontages:
   Porch
   Terrace or lightwell
   Forecourt
   Stoop; twelve (12) sq. ft. min.
   Shopfront
   Gallery; eight (8) ft. min. depth
   Arcade; eight (8) ft. min. depth
