The Director of Finance is authorized to enter into contracts with and collect fees from political subdivisions to utilize the Division of Printing and Reproduction's services during any period when available as determined by the Director. The fees for use of the Division's services shall be set by the Board of Control. The contracts authorized by this section shall be prepared by the Director of Law. The Director of Finance shall deposit the fees collected from the political subdivisions into the fund or funds designated to pay the costs associated with providing those services. The fees collected may be used for and are appropriated for this purpose.
