§ 682A.06 Failure to Obtain License

A person who engages in business as a rental agency while not duly licensed pursuant to this chapter is in violation of the Consumer Protection Code (Title Three of this Offenses and Business Activities Code) and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 682A.99.
