Whoever falsely represents that he or she is licensed, or holds himself or herself out to be licensed, by this chapter, or who otherwise violates any provision of this chapter, is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both.
