(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or sentenced to not more than six (6) months imprisonment, or both.
(b) Each day upon which any violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense, punishable as such hereunder.
