§ 135.44 Safety Reports and Fees

The Director of Public Safety or his or her designee is hereby authorized to make and collect, upon application, a fee of six dollars ($6.00) for each photostatic copy or part thereof, or search of any document, record or other instrument furnished by the various Divisions within the Department of Public Safety, except the Safety Medical Bureau.
