§ 617.04 Liquor Consumption in Motor Vehicle

(a) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle. This section does not apply to persons described in division (D) of RC 4301.62.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
