The Director of Public Safety shall prepare and furnish each Councilman no later than the fifteenth day of each month a report listing the number of arrests made in his or her ward during the previous month for felonies and misdemeanors, enumerating the arrest for each crime therein and excluding therefrom arrests for minor traffic violations.
