§ 573.22 Liability for Damages

No person owning or having charge of any vessel, float, boat or other craft, shall suffer or permit his or her vessel, float, boat or other watercraft, to be used or moved so as to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. The vessel, float, boat or other watercraft, and the owners or persons having charge of the same, shall be further liable to the City for all damages sustained.
