(a) No person shall take into or upon any park any intoxicating liquor, either for sale to others or for his or her own use, or for the use of others; nor shall any person sell, give away or dispose of any intoxicating liquors in or upon any park.
(b) No intoxicated person shall be allowed to enter or remain within any of the parks.
