§ 559.24 Helen E. Simpson-Ludlow Park

   The triangle of land formed at the northeast corner of South Moreland and South Woodland Roads, bounded on the west by South Moreland, on the east by Hampton and on the south by South Woodland, is hereby named Helen E. Simpson-Ludlow Park, in recognition of her numerous accomplishments and contributions to the people of the City.
