Beginning at an iron pipe in the easterly line of the lower drive which is the northwesterly corner of the Syrian Garden; thence westerly by rectangular measurement with the chord of the westerly curved line of said Syrian Garden, 42.75 feet to an iron pipe on the westerly side of said lower drive; thence northerly along a line deflecting to the right 88 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds with the westerly prolongation of said last described course, 122.00 feet to an iron pipe, which point is the principal place of beginning, said iron pipe being 0.80 feet westerly from a drill hole set in the westerly curb of said lower drive; thence westerly by rectangular measurement 82.00 feet to an iron pipe at the top of the bank; thence northerly by rectangular measurement 50.00 feet to an iron pipe at the top of the bank; thence continuing northerly making an inside angle of 177 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds with said last described course 50.15 feet to an iron pipe at the top of the bank; thence easterly making an inside angle of 92 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds with said last described course 82.00 feet to an iron pipe; that is 1.30 feet westerly from a drill hole set in the westerly curb of the aforesaid lower drive; thence southerly making an inside angle of 87 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds with said last described course 50.00 feet to an iron pipe, that is 1.00 feet westerly from a drill hole set in the westerly curb of the aforesaid lower drive; thence continuing southerly making an inside angle of 182 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds with said last described course 50.00 feet to the principal place of beginning.
