Beginning at a point in the westerly line of the upper drive at its point of intersection with the westerly prolongation of the center line of Maury Ave.; thence southerly along the westerly line of the upper drive 108.22 feet to an iron pipe which is also the northeasterly corner of the Czech Garden; thence westerly along the northerly line of the Czech Garden 393.15 feet, to an iron pipe in the easterly line of the lower drive; thence northerly along the easterly line of the lower drive 120.35 feet to an iron pipe in the southwesterly corner of the Polish Garden; thence easterly along the southerly line of the Polish Garden 419.07 feet to an iron pipe in the westerly line of the upper drive; thence southerly along the westerly line of the upper drive about 149.00 feet to the place of beginning.
