The Division of Cleveland Public Power shall not be liable for any damages caused by an interruption or discontinuance of the supply of electricity, variations in service characteristics, high or low voltage, the single phasing of three (3) phase service, phase reversals, the use of electrical appliances or attachments. Protective devices, mechanisms or regulators designed to prevent appliances, motors, generators and other equipment receiving electric current from incurring damage caused by interruptions in service, variations in service characteristics, high or low voltage, the single phasing of three (3) phase service and phase reversals are commercially available and shall be provided by the consumer.
