§ 523.09 Accounting System

In order to satisfy the requirements of the mortgage indenture and provide for the proper operation of the Division of Cleveland Public Power, accounting methods and procedures shall conform to the requirements of the uniform system of accounts prescribed for public utilities and licensees by the Federal Power Commission.
