§ 523.062 Homestead Discount for Outdoor Residential Lighting

The charges for outdoor residential lighting established pursuant to Section 523.061 shall be discounted by ten percent (10%) for any customer who has obtained a certificate of reduction of taxes pursuant to the Homestead Exemption provisions of RC 323.151 through 323.157.
