(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Water Traffic Code for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. On each subsequent offense within one (1) year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
