Every full-time City employee in the Department of Public Utilities in the classifications set forth below shall be entitled to reimbursement for purchase of authorized items of clothing in an amount not to exceed two hundred fifteen dollars ($215.00) per employee:

Electric Motor & Transformer Repairman;
Electric Switchboard Operator Foreman;
