The Commissioner of Printing and Reproduction shall administer and control the affairs of the Division of Printing and Reproduction and control and supervise the printing, microfilming, photostating, blueprinting, mimeographing or other reproduction of material required for use by any department or division of the City. He or she shall have supervision and control of all photographic work of the City and shall perform such further duties as may from time to time be required by him or her by ordinance or by the Director of Finance.
