Pursuant to Charter Section 38(j), the Mayor shall report to Council one (1) week prior to the submission of the Mayor’s Estimate, detailed information concerning the work performed, the services rendered and the capital improvements undertaken during the prior year and the proposed program of work to be performed, the services to be rendered and the capital improvements to be undertaken in the ensuing year.
