§ 385.79 Christmas and Temporary Displays

Christmas displays and similar temporary displays erected without advertising shall not be subject to the provisions of this chapter but shall be subject to rules and regulations for fire safety promulgated by the Division of Fire with approval by the Commissioner of Building.
