§ 385.78 Hazardous Substances
   None of the hazardous substances listed in Section 3129.34 shall be stored or handled in any building of miscellaneous occupancy classification. However, flammable liquid in containers kept tightly sealed when not in actual use may be stored up to an aggregate of five (5) gallons, and isolated buildings of miscellaneous occupancy classification may be used for the storage of paints, varnishes, oils and similar finishing materials in limited quantities not exceeding an aggregate of fifty-five (55) gallons when a permit therefor has been issued by the Fire Chief, except that fuel oil may be stored as permitted by Section 385.73(l).
