§ 188 Grant Nonexclusive; Maximum Time Limit

No right or rights to construct, maintain, or operate any public utility in the City of Cleveland shall be exclusive; nor shall such right or rights be granted for a longer period than twenty-five years.

(Effective November 9, 1931)
