18-28-606.4 Controls operation.
   Upon activation, the smoke detectors shall shut down the air distribution system through a hard-wired interlock between the fans and the smoke detector, not through programming. Air distribution systems that are part of a smoke control system shall be controlled in accordance with Section 909 and Appendix S of the Chicago Building Code.
