10-4-220 Defacement of bench monuments.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cover up, conceal, deface, obliterate, or in any manner to injure, erase, disfigure or change, the location of any of the standard bench monuments which have heretofore been established or which may hereafter be established by the city.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each offense.
